Your free 15-minute intro call with Mindful Career is a comprehensive career consultation led by one of our expert Career Consultants who will call you at the number you indicated on your booking confirmation. They will then provide you with all the information you need and partner you up with a appropriate counsellor, coach or psychologist depending on your needs.

Yes, of course! To reschedule, simply go to your meeting confirmation email, scroll down, and click on the “Reschedule” link. This will allow you to find another available time on the calendar that works for you.
If you need to cancel your call, it’s best to do so before the scheduled session to free up the slot for someone else. You can cancel through the same link in your confirmation email.

Our counsellors, coaches, and psychologists focus entirely on their one-on-one paid sessions with clients and charge for their time and expertise. This model ensures that your initial consultation remains complimentary while still giving you the attention you deserve.
Think of our Career Consultants as your onboarding experts—they’ll ensure you’re matched with the perfect counsellor or coach for your goals, preferences, and insurance coverage. After this step, your chosen counsellor or coach will work with you every step of the way to help you succeed.

Yes! All our sessions are 60 mins long and conducted online through secure virtual platforms like Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, ensuring accessibility no matter where you are in the world. If you require in-person support, unfortunately we cannot assist you but we do ask you to strongly consider virtual consultation.
