My Story: Miriam Groom, CEO
Ten years ago, I hit rock bottom and that experience changed everything. Each morning was a reminder of how far I’d drifted from myself. I was burned out, depressed, and disconnected. I searched for support, but every solution felt surface-level. No one really saw me or knew how to help me find work that truly 'fit'. So I built what I needed. I went back to school, became an Organizational Psychologist and created a framework that blends holistic guidance, behavioural profiling with advanced psychometrics. It worked! Today, those frameworks are the foundation of Mindful Career. They've helped over 10,000 people reconnect with who they are and find careers that finally fulfills them.
