From Recruitment to Reinvention: Why I Created the Get Hired Framework

Recruitment has always been in my blood. For over 15 years, I led my family’s national recruitment business, managing a team of 50+ recruiters across the country. Every day, I watched the same pattern unfold: talented, hardworking people struggling to land jobs—not because they lacked ability, but because they didn’t understand the hidden rules of hiring.

From résumés that never made it past applicant tracking systems to brilliant candidates stumbling in interviews, I saw how the smallest missteps kept people invisible to employers. Over and over, I found myself teaching job seekers the basics—how to frame their strengths, how to stand out on LinkedIn, how to negotiate fairly.

That’s when the realization hit: there was a major gap in the system. Candidates had no access to the insider knowledge recruiters use every day.

So, with the input of my top recruiters and my background in psychology, I built the Get Hired Framework—a structured, science-backed system that reverse-engineers the hiring process.
